I like working in the messy space between ambiguity and execution. It doesn't matter whether the problem is technical, process related, or product related, or whether it's a small fix or something that reshapes how a team works. Figuring out what actually needs to happen, and then doing it, is what I enjoy most. Over the years I've built things from scratch, made calls that held up well in hindsight, gotten teams to actually use AI day to day, and grown engineering teams along the way.
